Tijuana: Ciudad de Migrantes; is a documentary that portrays the reality of migrants who arrive in this border city during their search for a better life. Through interviews with migrants, testimonies from civil organizations that work to defend their rights, and government officials, which explain the policies and programs that have been implemented to address the migrant crisis this documentary shows the complexity of the migration situation on the border between Mexico and the United States, and invites reflection on the necessary policies and practices to guarantee the respect and dignity of migrants and their families.
